• Assist with Venue research and selection

• Dedicated “Lady in Waiting” assistant to assist the Bride on the Wedding Day 

• Schedule up to 3 Floral meetings and provide strike-offs

• Schedule and participate in meetings for any 3rd party contractors such as photographers, videographers, caterers, stationary and any other vendor based on client’s request

• Place rental orders for furniture, linens, china and any other rentals

• Refer a team of experts in the “Bride and Beauty” arena to find the best bridal gown boutique, hair and makeup artists, bridal accessories and any other fashion related needs 

• Research Hotel Accommodations and assist with booking room blocks

• Attend tasting with catering company

• Assist with design of full stationary and proof reading before sent to print

• Assemble, stuff, stamp and mail all invitations (postage priced separately )

• Attend Gown Fitting and advise on selection of gown and accessories

• Design, assemble and deliver all guests amenity kits 

• Marriage License assistance 

• Shuttle/Transportation Research and Booking assistance
